Exchange and Refund
- Return and exchange policy:
In line with our policy that prioritizes customer satisfaction, and our belief in different tastes, all purchases through Sedr Al-Khaleej are subject to return or exchange within 3 days from the date of arrival.
This applies to items that are damaged or contain manufacturing defects as well as items that were delivered to you in error It also includes products that did not suit the customer, provided that the product is in good condition, the packaging of the product is not damaged, and no more than 10% of the product has been used for the trial.
Products that can be returned or exchanged other than in cases of damage during shipment or manufacturing defects are excluded: Oil perfumes, essential oils or blends of all kinds if they have been opened in order to preserve the health and safety of the community.
Each case will be examined to ensure that the stipulated conditions are met after the request is delivered to the returns team, and if it meets the conditions, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of the request.
The store has the right to update the exchange and return policy at any time without prior notice.
- Steps to retrieve products:
Contact our customer service at 00966552205500 during office hours, our representative will take notes and assign a specialized courier company to arrange the pickup of the products from your end.
- How to get a refund:
The customer will be able to recover the amount through the paid payment method and through official channels.
- Products paid for by credit card through the website are redeemed back through the same card.
- For orders paid by cash or mada cards, according to the "Cash on Delivery" system, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
(Refunds include only the full value of the Product, excluding shipping charges as well as charges for any customs paid for importation, and additional fees charged by the customer's credit card provider.)
